January 16–17, 2027

• Reserved for those committing to six months of training to become a certified Opti-Life™ Coach or Business Consultant.
• Dr. Evan Craig volunteers to coach 20 participants — each week includes a 1-hour one-on-one online session.
• Coaches in Training (CITs) receive additional mentorship from Dr. Evan and are paired with a challenge “workout partner.”
• Join a local support team of co-participants dedicated to your mutual success.
• Completion of the six-month Opti-Life Makeover Challenge is included and required for Certification enrollment.

• Paired with a Coach in Training (CIT) working toward their own Opti-Life™ certification.
• Weekly one-on-one sessions with your assigned CIT for structured support and accountability.
• Collaborative goal-setting and progress tracking throughout the six-month challenge.
• Access to both weekend intensives and the full group coaching program.
• Availability subject to the number of CITs at launch.

Beginning January 16, 2027

• Full six-month Opti-Life Makeover Challenge without committing to Coach or Business Consultant certification.
• No private coaching by Dr. Evan Craig — Coach-in-Training sessions provided instead.
• Matched with a CIT to collaborate with and hold each other accountable toward combined results.
• Matched with a local support team dedicated to your mutual success.
• Sessions: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm (or until completion), with regular breaks.
